Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting management in areas of document control and project coordinating.
 

Objectives:

 1.       Assists in the development process of policies and procedures, which may include but are not limited to writing, reviewing, and editing the documents.

2.       Establishes and maintains the Records Management System and assists in implementation of an electronic records system.

3.       Maintains the projects SharePoint.

4.       Oversees the issuing and tracking of Requests for Information.

5.       Coordinates and tracks all required training for employees in the business line.

6.       Maintains and tracks the project action items.

7.       Provides weekly reports of major activities to management.

8.       Supports management in meeting project needs and expectations.

9.       Performs special assignments as needed.

Ideal qualifications

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this   opportunity.  Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.

BS in Business Administration or 3-4 years of experience in lieu of degree, plus 8-10 years of related experience.  

Differentiating Qualifications:

Experience in the nuclear industry, working with systems engineers and project engineers, document control experience, project support experience with large engineering or construction projects.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to comprehend and convey detailed information.
  • Ability to maintain and develop strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Good organizational skills.

Please Note: The provided salary information is a guideline. Your offered salary is based upon experience, qualifications, geographic location, as well as market and business considerations.

Salary range annually: $90-120k
