The Commercial Manager will provide a key role in supporting the business winning team with new opportunities working through the gated governance process for offers and including responsibility for the commercial (contract) governance and assurance working with Orano’s legal team, preparation of NDA’s, pre-tender Agreements with supply chain partners, review of contractual terms and conditions, negotiation of T&Cs and finalisation of contract(s). The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting GMP manufacturing of raw materials and sterile drugs for clinical trials. The individual in this role will review documentation related to raw materials, components, and completed batch records followed by giving a disposition of each. Assist with quality systems improvements.  Responsibilities Inspect, review documentation, and release incoming raw materials and packaging components. Update Quality SOP’S and perform secondary review of documentation. Perform area release for manufacturing, as needed. Oversee sterile manufacturing process, provide sterile gowning and practices instruction. Review production batch records, logbooks, and associated documentation to assess completeness, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs. The Plant Manager will plan and direct plant policies, objectives, and initiatives, with profit and loss responsibility for the site; define and execute business plans; manage the operations to ensure production compliance, efficiency, quality, delivery, safety and cost-effective management of resources. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Leads the plant to achieve a safe, compliant, and productive operation that is rooted in the traits of healthy nuclear safety culture. Creates and implements staffing plans, promotes and mentors talents, and participates in internship program. Leads lean manufacturing initiatives and capital expenditure plan to improve productivity. Responsible for all production and facility-related expenses, and implements plan to control and reduce spending. Manages and evaluates the performance of management team members for compliance with established policies and objectives. Provides input for the strategic vision of the nuclear fabrication group, in particular staffing and investment plans to address new markets. Leads introduction of new products in the fabrication project management department and production line. Continuously assesses plant capacity and capability; plans, develops, and implements strategies for meeting production and financial goals. Develops and reviews operating dashboards, activity reports, and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives. Within the Engineering team, the Mechanical Engineer will integrate operational engineering multi-disciplines teams delivering projects at various phases, from FEED to commissioning, or in assistance to Plant Operation in the UK. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Orano Limited, you will be involved in a variety of specialist tasks. This could include: Delivering and managing technical studies/projects. Design of mechanical processes, from strategic and conceptual phases to detailed design and construction & commissioning phase support. Typical deliverables that will be issued: technical note, substantiation notes, mechanical flow diagrams and flow-sheets, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical layout drawings, hazards and malfunctions management, technical specification documentation review from supply chain. Technical studies related to mechanical handling for both handling operations and heavy mechanical transfer systems, powder mechanical processes (transport, milling, and compaction) in high active environment and gloveboxes, compaction and mechanical dismantling technologies.
