We are seeking a Construction Management I-II to join our team and contribute to the planning, development, and execution of new nuclear plant construction projects. This role offers growth opportunities between levels I-II based on experience and performance.

Working under supervision, you will provide technical support across various aspects of construction management, including cost analysis, resource management, project planning, and quality management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in the nuclear construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate advanced construction techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Conduct assessments of craft labor needs and resources
  • Develop and manage schedules for procurement, work breakdowns, and cost estimates
  • Support senior management in contract development and management
  • Develop design-construction interfaces and perform constructability reviews
  • Work with clients and builders on detailed mobilization and construction implementation plans
  • Assist in developing inspection and commissioning plans
  • Manage construction Lessons Learned program
  • Support Sales and Marketing with client proposals
  • Act as liaison between engineering, procurement, and module fabricators

Ideal qualifications

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this   opportunity.  Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.

Required Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Level I: 0-2 years of engineering experience
  • Level II: 2-4 years of engineering experience

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, particularly MS Office suite
  • Experience with P3e or equivalent project management software
  • Knowledge of VPD, PDMS, or other advanced 3-D modeling tools
  • Working knowledge of welding, machining, photogrammetry, NDE, and piping fabrication
  • Background in cost-benefit analysis

Professional Skills

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Demonstrated ability to change priorities quickly and confront issues directly
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities
  • Experience working with clients and consultants
